Is He The One

Is life here when I need a break from all my stress, worries, and fears?

Where is all of my hope when I pray for strength and hope?

Why am I so down and out When I know I can reach my dreams and goals?

Every night, I cry and wonder is love there or is it a dream that just fades away?

Will he be the one to place a ring on my finger and walk me down the aisle?

At times I feel like I just want to run or go away. Go to a far away place that no-one has ever been or heard?

Will he be the one to comfort me from harm, cherish me like a jewel, and treat me like a queen that I am. A queen of royalty, pride, and integrity.

My heart constantly beeps the music, but I’m just wondering can he hear or does he not understand what the music is saying?

That’s ok, I’m not going to give up or worry anymore about love.

I’ll just wait patiently until the music stops and he says,” I’m the one!”
